Our Services

Five disciplines woven into one programme.

We don't sell single sessions — we sell outcomes. Every plan blends two or three of these disciplines so that physical, postural and lifestyle work happen in parallel.

01 / 05
Physiotherapy
Hands-on assessment and manual therapy from registered physiotherapists. Where every programme starts.
02 / 05
Postural Correction
Decode the imbalances your desk job has built in. Retraining the body's default position.
03 / 05
Clinical Pilates
Mat and reformer pilates supervised by clinicians — built around the joint or injury we're working on.
04 / 05
Nutrition
Anti-inflammatory and recovery-led diet plans from our in-house dietician. Recovery is 50% kitchen work.
05 / 05
Fitness Training
Strength and conditioning, programmed in coordination with your therapist so gym days don't undo clinic days.

Tap the spot that hurts.

The fastest way to figure out which therapy is right for you. Tap any region on the figure — we'll show you the conditions we treat there and what your programme would look like.

Treatment Modalities

Beyond the table —
tools we layer in.

Manual therapies that complement the core rehab work. We add them in only when the evidence and the patient's presentation justifies it — never as a default.

M / 01
C
Cupping Therapy
Myofascial decompression to release stubborn tissue restrictions and improve local circulation — particularly effective for chronic neck, back and shoulder presentations.

M / 02
N
Dry Needling
Trigger-point needling to deactivate hypertonic muscle bands. Quick, precise, and often delivers same-session relief alongside manual therapy.

M / 03
S
Sports Massage
Deep-tissue and pre-event work for athletes and active patients. Programmed around training cycles, not as a one-off relaxation session.

T
Kinesiology Taping
Applied for proprioceptive support during return-to-sport phases. We teach you the application — so you can re-tape between sessions if needed.

Your Recovery Roadmap

From first call to discharge.

Every patient walks this same five-step arc — we just calibrate the timeline to your body and your goal.

1
DAY 0
Discovery call
A 15-minute call so we can match you to the right clinician.
2
WEEK 1
Assessment
60-minute movement assessment and diagnosis. You leave with a plan.
3
WEEK 2–6
Treatment
Hands-on sessions plus a tailored home programme. We re-test weekly.
4
WEEK 6+
Progression
Pilates and strength layered in. Pain has gone — now we build resilience.
5
DISCHARGE
Stay strong
A self-managed plan, plus optional check-ins to keep you out of the clinic.
We won't book you in for fifteen sessions to fix a problem that needs five. Recovery, not retention.

Why Sevens+

An integrated clinic, not a treatment shop.

Most physio clinics treat a single body part for a single hour, then send you home. We design programmes — typically 4 to 12 weeks — where every session builds on the last and disciplines hand off to each other deliberately.

01
One clinician, one programme.
You're not handed off between strangers. Your lead physio quarterbacks the whole plan, including your pilates and nutrition appointments.
02
Movement first, modalities second.
Cupping, needling and taping are tools we layer in — they aren't the headline. Real strength and motor control work always come first.
03
Outcomes, measured.
Every two weeks we re-test the metric that matters to you — range of motion, pain score, return-to-sport milestone — and we share the numbers.
04
Discharge is a goal.
The end of treatment is the end of treatment. We design every programme around getting you out of our clinic, not back into it.
Meet the Team

The clinicians who'll actually see you.

All our therapists are licensed practitioners with post-graduate specialisations. You pick the clinician — or we'll match you to the right one based on your assessment.

Patient Stories

What recovery feels like.

A handful of recent voices. We have hundreds more on Google reviews — and we're proud to say not all of them are five stars. We treat that as feedback, not a problem to bury.
