A clinic built on
one quiet idea —

that recovery should have an end date. That you should leave us stronger than you came in, and not need to come back.

Our Philosophy

Movement is medicine. The rest is craft.

Sevens Physiotherapy was founded after a decade of watching patients bounce between physiotherapists, gyms, and yoga studios — each treating one slice of the same body, none of them talking to each other. The result, predictably, was slow progress and the same pain coming back six months later.

We built this clinic to put the disciplines under one roof and, more importantly, under one programme. Your physio knows what your pilates instructor did with you yesterday. Your dietician adjusts your plan around your training cycle. Nothing is happening in parallel; everything is sequenced.

The other half of our practice is honesty. We will tell you when six sessions is enough. We will tell you when surgery is the answer and physio isn't. We will not sell you a class you don't need. That commitment — and the discharge rate it produces — is the only thing this clinic competes on.

Common questions

Before you take our word for it.

Credentials, continuity of care, and what our outcomes actually mean — the questions people ask before trusting a clinic with their recovery.

Talk to the team
Yes — every clinician on the team holds a registered physiotherapy degree, BPT or MPT, plus a post-graduate specialisation. Our founder is DNS and dry-needling trained, our pilates specialist holds a STOTT Pilates certification, and our rehab therapist is MPT (Geriatric) with fall-prevention training. You can see each clinician’s specific credentials further up this page.
The same one. Your lead clinician runs your entire programme, including how your pilates and nutrition sessions are sequenced — there are no rotating juniors and no assistants running sessions on their behalf.
Harisree is our founder and lead physiotherapist, with 5+ years specialising in spine, post-surgical rehab and elite-level sports recovery, trained in DNS and dry needling. She still treats patients directly and oversees every programme the clinic runs.
A gym or studio can build strength, but it isn’t trained to diagnose why your knee keeps giving out or your back keeps flaring up. We start with a clinical diagnosis, then layer in pilates and strength work once the underlying mechanics are sound — so you’re not loading an unresolved injury.
Yes. For anything outside physiotherapy’s scope — a suspected fracture, a surgical candidate, anything needing imaging — we refer out and coordinate with the specialist, so your rehab picks up at the right point post-treatment or post-surgery.
It means 94% of patients who complete a programme with us hit their goal and are formally discharged — not kept on an open-ended schedule. We track this deliberately, because retention isn’t the business model here, recovery is.
Because we kept seeing the same pattern — a patient’s physio, gym instructor and dietician never talking to each other, each fixing a slice of the same problem. Putting physiotherapy, pilates, postural correction, nutrition and strength training under one roof means one clinician can quarterback the whole recovery.
Across the clinic we’ve treated 2,400+ patients across 22+ named conditions, from acute sports injuries to long-term geriatric rehab, since 2013. If you don’t see your exact condition listed on our conditions page, ask us directly — there’s a good chance we’ve treated it under a different name.
