Five disciplines.
One rehabilitation programme.
Each of our services exists on its own — but the real value comes when two or three are sequenced into one plan. Here's what we do, and how the disciplines fit together.

C
Postural Correction
Modern desk-and-screen lifestyles create predictable imbalances — forward head, rounded shoulders, weak glutes. We map yours with movement screens and rebuild the default position your body holds when you're not thinking about it.

L
Clinical Pilates
Mat and reformer pilates supervised by clinicians, programmed around your specific injury or goal. Not group classes — small groups (max 4) with a clinician on the floor, or one-to-one if your case needs it.

Nutrition
In-house dietician offering anti-inflammatory and recovery-led diet plans. We don't sell supplements; we won't ask you to count macros forever. Just enough kitchen work to support tissue healing and stop you sabotaging your sessions.

Common questions
Picking the right discipline.
How the five services actually relate to each other, what's bundled, and what insurance does and doesn't cover.
Ask about your casePhysiotherapy is the diagnostic and hands-on phase — manual therapy, mobilisation and exercise prescription aimed at settling pain and restoring movement. Clinical pilates comes in once the acute issue is under control, rebuilding strength and control around the joint so the problem doesn’t return.
You book an assessment, not a specific service. Your physiotherapist examines you first and tells you which one — or which combination — of the five disciplines actually fits your case. We won’t sell you pilates or nutrition coaching you don’t need.
That’s the default, not the exception. Most programmes blend two or three disciplines — for example physiotherapy to settle a back flare-up, then pilates to fix the control issue that caused it, with nutrition added if inflammation is slowing things down.
No — our in-house dietician focuses on anti-inflammatory, recovery-led eating to support tissue healing, not weight management. It’s typically added when inflammation or sluggish healing is holding back progress on the physiotherapy side of your plan.
No. Our strength & conditioning sessions are programmed in coordination with your treating therapist, so your gym-style days reinforce what happened in the clinic instead of undoing it — common for athletes returning to sport or anyone exiting a rehab programme.
Physiotherapy typically addresses an existing injury or active pain. Postural correction is more preventative and retraining-focused — mapping the default position your body holds at a desk or on a phone, and rebuilding it before, or after, it causes pain.
It depends on your specific policy and whether the service is prescribed as part of a clinical treatment plan. Tell us your insurer when you book and we’ll confirm what’s claimable before your sessions start.
Most run 6 to 10 weeks end to end, calibrated to your condition and goal, and tracked with a re-test every two weeks. You’ll get the expected timeline and milestones in writing at your assessment, not a vague “let’s see how it goes.”
Not sure which one?
Start with an assessment.
You don't book the service — you book the assessment. We'll tell you which combination of these five disciplines actually solves your problem, and how long it should take.
