Kinesiology Taping
Kinesiology taping for proprioceptive support during return-to-sport phases. We apply it, and importantly, we teach you the application — so you can re-tape yourself between sessions.
Kinesiology taping at Sevens+ — what it actually does and when we use it.
Kinesiology taping provides proprioceptive support — the tape gives the brain extra feedback about a joint or muscle, supporting it through a movement without locking it down. It is especially useful in return-to-sport phases, offering confidence and support while you rebuild.
Crucially, we do not just apply it and send you off — we teach you the application, so you can re-tape yourself between sessions and stay supported when it matters. Taping is a bridge, not a destination: it supports you while the real strength and control work takes hold underneath.

Every programme braids two or three of our core services. Here's the typical pairing for this condition.
Treatment that actually holds.
Taping is most effective when used alongside active rehabilitation. It reliably improves proprioception, provides pain relief in the short term, and supports safe return to sport — but it does not produce lasting structural change independently.
